Rainbow Ribbon Jello Salad

DIRECTIONS:
6 Flavors of gelatin 3oz (Red Cherry, Orange, Yellow Lemon, Green Lime, Blue Berry, Purple Grape)

- Add to 6 pint jars (or bowls), along with 1 Tbsp Unflavored Gelatin (Knox 1/2 packet) in each.

-Add 1 Cup boiling water to each and stir for 2 min.

1 - 14oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Add 1 Cup Boiling Water and whisk

1 pkt Knox Unflavored Gelatin (2 Tbsp)
- Add to 1/2 Cup Cold Water, let sit 1 min.
- Add 1/2 Cup Boiling Water, whisk.

Mix milk and gelatin water together, then divide into 6 bowls (Aprx 2/3 C each).

Add 1/3 Cup of mixed flavored gelatin from each color into milk bowls. Whisk together well.

Allow gelatin and milk to cool to room temperature.

Next grease 9x13 pan or bundt cake pan with a paper towel and mayonnaise.
Then add first color of jarred gelatin (I chose Purple first) into pan. Freeze level for 15 minutes.
Add a layer of milk gelatin, and freeze for 10 minutes.

Alternate jar/transparent gelatin and bowl/milk gelatin, freezing now for 5 minutes each. Be sure to whisk each before adding, as they begin to gel up while you wait.

Finally, let the Jell-O firm up completely in the fridge for an hour or more. To release from pan, soak in warm water, plate it, then slice and serve!

Change the shape to an egg mold, pan, glass bowls/cups, etc for any occasion!
